1.1. System requirements

PHP

Buan requires PHP 5.2.1 or later in order to function correctly.

Although not yet tested it should work fine with PHP 6.

Apache

Apache 1.3.x or later is required, although version 2.2.x is recommended.

If you want to make use of "clean" URLs in your application then you will also need the mod_rewrite module and allow the use of .htaccess files within your application's folders (see documentation for the AllowOverride directive.)
